Tech Emporium RMA Policy and Guidelines

1. Replacements and/or credits can be requested for any defective product purchased. Please provide a brief description for the faulty product and reason for return.

2. Replacements and/or credits will only be deemed valid for products purchased within a 12-month period. Proof of purchase (order #) is required.

3. Warranty is valid for one (1) year from original purchase date, not from date of the replacement.

4. Once a request has been made by email, an electronic communication will be sent to the customer, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the status of the request (i.e., pending approval).

5. The response will be sent within 72 hours of the request date. We will review and approve the request based on our RMA policy.

6. We reserve the right to refuse any RMA at its sole discretion.

7. Once the RMA request is approved, the customer will receive an electronic notification for about their updated status (i.e., from pending approval to approved). All products sent to us without an RMA will be disposed off.

8. Any item on the RMA request that is refused or sent to us by mistake will be disposed off.

9. Approved RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days. After the 30 days have elapsed, all RMAs received at Tech Emporium with an expired RMA # will be disposed of.

10. Returning products without an approved RMA # is prohibited. All RMAs received at Tech Emporium without an RMA # will be disposed of and no credits will be approved.

11. Product quantities on RMAs must be respected. Credits or replacements will NOT be issued for additional units received. The units returned must match the approved RMA (brand, SKU number, etc.), no substitutes or exceptions.

12. Normal wear and tear on products are not considered defective, therefore such items will not be replaced or credited.

13. Replacement products that are approved under warranty will ship with your next order.

14. Returns on handsets will not be accepted. These warranties are handled by manufacturer.

15. Apple, Samsung & Google products will strictly be handled by the manufacturer. Please refer to the following links for supports:

16. Special order products, liquidation, on-sale, and discounted items are final sale and will not be approved for RMA.
